Refund Policy

At Avéa, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email used for the purchase
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Eligible Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:

  • Be returned within 60 days after delivery.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Have proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Returns requested after 60 days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To speed up the process, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short video if applicable

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

If the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund.

If the tracking information shows the package as Delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers should first contact the shipping carrier or local authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been processed.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders lost because of an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Avéa.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Avéa is not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting shipping and order documentation.
