Shipping Policy

At Avéa, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. Please review our Shipping Policy below to better understand our order processing, delivery times, and shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–72 hours after shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking email, or if your tracking information has not updated after several days, please contact us at support@aveabrand.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays that are beyond our control.


Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • High shipping volume
  • Public holidays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will gladly investigate the shipment with our shipping partners.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your purchase includes a pre-order or backordered item, available products may be shipped immediately while the remaining items will be dispatched once they become available.

If multiple shipments are required, you will receive tracking information for each shipment separately.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aveabrand.com.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address.

Avéa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Avéa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information required.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • A brief description of the damage

We will review your case and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
